PLEASE NOTE:  

• No refunds are available for this service once the agreement is signed and payment is made. For exceptions, please see our school policies.
• A 4% convenience charge is added to the tuition payment. For other payment options, please contact our office.
• Access to scheduling and services until payment is received, but contract date and timeline are in effect at the time of registration. See the following contract for details.
